Will Wand ever be able to fight in states?
Should Wand even be fighting?

If Wand ever fights in the states again after his suspension, he'll first have to fight in Texas (they'll license anyone not suspended), then once licensed by one state he'll be able to get other states to follow.
I don't have any interest in watching Wand fighting anymore.
