I think Galvao wins the rematch. Would like to see Rickels fight someone like Melvin Guillard.

Too soon for Sakai. I think one or two more fights before someone like Kongo.

I thought Sakai had a ton of potential but he doesn't look like he's improved much at all compared to what I expected from an athletic for his size 24 yr old in a huge promotion for almost 3 years now.He was getting dominated by Matt Frembling before the 3rd round comeback and had some meh performances.Maybe he's hit his ceiling already,I don't know, but I don't think his potential is as high as I thought it was before.Maybe it's just injuries or fighting inconsistently and he will improve a lot.I do know, this fight could be real good,or NCAA Kongo shows up which is more likely.

@Legz I agree that is too soon for Sakai, and the most likely scenario is that he will be grinded down, or tko´d on the ground. However, he has a shot at starching the 40 years old Kongo, and I´ll be rooting for him.

are we watching the same fights?!

it's been constant improvement from Sakai. Too soon?! Sakai is peaking right now. Destroyed Huddleston. a guy who i thought he stood little chance against. outside of the mirical shot at the end when he got too ****y and overextneded on a right hand. Stuffed every takedown and beat him up badly on the feet. Outclassing Gallemore in the fight before that as well.

I think it's an appropriate step up. He's 4-0 in the promotion and decisively beat another good prospect in his last fight. Kongo is on a one fight streak, and has already fought for the title. Either Saki gets a good win over a vet, or Kongo defeats a hungry prospect on the way to another shot at the title.

How is that weird?

Considering they did 5 fight main cards the last 2 or 3 events. 148 would likely be a 5 fighter too if it wasnt for Kos dropping out, people have been wanting 5 fight main cards for a while. they're delivering.

Also gregory babene will be making his bellator debut on this card

@Slong It's weird because it's a wmma fight where both fighters are debuting in the promotion when the last time Coenen was on the maind card was only after a bout got scrapped last minute, Butler-Hood. Also you got bellator vets who could use main card action such as Brent Primus (hopefully he gets a fight soon).

They're just pushing the division

Update it is Gregory Babene (16-11-1) vs Trey "that just happened" houston (11-3)

http://boxemag.com/100-bellator/bellator-news/item/gregory-babene-vs-tray-houston-le-26-fevrier-au-bellator-150

Doesn't say if it's MW or 170.

And

it'll likely be an entertaining fight. frankly i'd probably be more mad if this was on the prelims and we got some half-assed guy fight on the main instead.
