Dan said he wanted to take a little time off but he was going to get another chance, who would you guys like to see him fight.

I wouldn't mind seeing Hardy vs Sadollah, they're both exciting guys coming off losses.

At this point I think you should be looking to put him in with someone like Matt Brown.

@p4p Dolloway is a middleweight. wow way too much hate for hardy. Jesus Christ they kept him after 4 losses get over it. you people are vastly underestimating him now. saying he will be submitted by everyone. he escaped seriously tight submissions from Johnson and gsp.. not like he has no sub defence its actually very good.

@thiagosilva I know that but my point was since Hardy can't make weight at 170 he should move up to 185. :-)

Yeah that's a great point. He'd really only have to worry about Sonnen. Anderson Silva does it, Hardy could too.

Hardy's 1st fight at 185 could be Chris Weidman...oh wait we want to keep Hardy around right?

the only problem i have with hardy lately is that

a) his wrestling has looked terrible, and b) he gets beat up on the feet

hes kind of a fighter similar to someone like Chuck, wants to be able to avoid takedowns and stand and bang,

but how well did that work against condit or lytle, i think he needs to flip his training and style upside down

I agree.. and change camps... get a camp that can give you and allow you to implement a game plan for success.

yeah changing camps would make a huge difference,

i know joe rogan says it in every fight, but Hardys leg kicks disappeared so early in that fight, why did his corner not tell him to switch it up? sure he rocked him a few times but take 2 to deliver one doesnt always work

Hardy is in Vegas now with Roy Nelson...maybe 3 times a week or so he should drive over to Xtreme Couture to do some training

The problem with Hardy is that his striking isn't too great, so if they give him pure strikers, they'll outstrike him. If they give him decent strikers, they will take him down and out grapple him. If they really want him to get a win they'll need to give him like Brian Foster or something.

I disagree minotauro he outstruck Davis who is a very good striker and he outstruck Swick. and he was pretty even with Lytle for the majority of the fight.

i doubt the ufc wants him to win, hes barely a draw anymore

Condit - johnson - lytle

all promised to stand and bang, they only keep him around because he goes to WAR.. and loses

they will give him another striker because after his training and time off he will have all the confidence in the world

@thiago, he was getting lit up by Lytle throughout that whole fight. If Hardy didn't shoot for that takedown it would have been 30-27 across the board.
