Angela is very athletic and also very very young in the sport. She improves exponentially every time around and I believe she'll do so this time around too. Taking her down without being a great wrestler (which Rose isn't) won't be that easy.
Still picking Rose since she's the right pick given the information we have as of now, but I'm not as confident in the pick as you guys are.

I agree that once it gets to the ground, Rose has WAY more to offer than Tecia and will most likely catch Angela pretty fast, but I think that with the given stylistic matchups Tecia's style is more tailored towards taking down a chick like Hill.
Hopefully I'm wrong. It's just a hunch anyway.
