The fighters are weighed in and we're set for what looks to be a crazy night on Spike.

Pretty awesome event, definitely the best I have attended. Wish Ken would've finished that choke, my voice got hoarse for nothing lol. Got to meet the GOAT and get a pic though so well worth it.

Wish Ken would finished too. I picked him on accident. I had Kimbo by KO but I guess I hit the end of the KO Triangle so it picked the wrong guy.

Hit the easiest bet in the world since Mighty Mouse vs. Cariaso to not go 22 1/2 minutes.

Had $114 for $40 at -285 on Kimbo vs. Shamrock to not make it 7 1/2 minutes.

No idea why the line ever dipped down that low from it's starting point of -500 (Which in reality would've still been worth a bet on that matchup).

Anyone know why Kimbo waited 5 years for another MMA fight? I know why he quit boxing, because he did poorly against a journeyman boxer but he could've been taking a few MMA freak show fights for big bucks like I'm sure he got from last night.

Because he was very bad at MMA and for a while there freak shows were fading out of the big shows (thankfully).

The only reason he fought again was because Bellator set up the right fight for a lot of money.

True, probably because he's not very good at MMA, I mean he almost got choked by a 51 year old man. But, being bad never stopped other fighters though, Bob Sapp made killing out of freak show fights and eventually throwing fights. I think that Kimbo vs Shamrock shows the freak show fights still have somewhat of an interest to people. I feel like Japan would have jumped all over signing Kimbo back in Pride

There is no big show in Japan like Pride nowadays.
