If you could see any fight in there prime, live, who would it be? No explanation is needed, just want to see who you would like to watch fight.

Bruce Lee would handle all three of them, in my opinion.  I know that seems like a typical response, but there's logic behind it.  Chuck Norris may have been a karate champion in his day, but it was in point fighting.  He has the habit of connecting and then re-setting, which is not realistic for an MMA or street fight.  There's no way that Chuck Norris would connect hard enough to stop Lee, with Lee's advanced movement and defense.  Jean Claude Van Damme is just a pretty boy martial arts movie star, who would crumble quick to Lee's aggressive speed and power.  Seagal is an Aikido expert, but the problem with Aikido is in its tendency to depend on fine motor skills.  In a real fight, adrenaline levels are so high that to try and use the fine motor skills involved in grabbing a hold of a wrist lock and applying it would be damn near impossible, especially when those hands you're trying to grab are moving so quickly.

Seagal would be the weakest link, and the first one to drop.  I think JCVD would be the next one to go down, while making all sorts of crazy facial expressions, and wearing some ridiculously feminine tank top and Urkel style khakis.  Next would be for the title of legendary movie martial artists -- Chuck Norris vs. Bruce Lee, which would end as soon as the fight hit the ground, with Lee leading the way in grappling.  Lee wins via submission.

That would be a great fight... Jacare I would pick due to the size difference.. but that would be a tussle!

Jacare would edge him out on the ground, IMO. I hope it would be a grappling match, but judging by history, it would likely be a stand up fight, where Maia has the edge (in my opinion).

I'd hope it would be all grappling though.
