I couldn't have said it better myself.

Werdum is not technical for ****, he's just a brawler who can throw kicks whenever he wants because he's never worried about getting taken down. If he tries to box with Hunt, Hunt will knock him the **** out. I have no doubt about that.

Werdum should just stick to the basics if he wants to win this fight because he could easily submit Hunt (any anyone else in the division to be honest). But if Werdum starts listening to what everyone has been saying...

Werdum's got the bag of tricks, though. That's gotta count for something.

Werdum's showing holes in his game even in that GIF you just posted.

Look at the way he walks forward when he punches but more importantly, look at how his hands reset after throwing punches. Mark Hunt taught Stefan Struve a life lesson about dropping his hands after throwing straights and it looks like Werdum needs to be reminded of it as well.

I mean, Mark Hunt's signature counter is the right over the jab and Werdum looks like he throws the ideal jab for Hunt to counter.

@Skelli's put this on the bout page, but not too many notice that so here goes ...

Hunt's not looking like he's liking the weight cut at all, but other than that a VERY interesting interview with a guy who's so unique in this sport ...

Jack Slack is awesome. Really hard to argue anything he said there. The only thing I would point out is that Werdum is really progressing with his striking. He is not completely sloppy anymore. Against Browne he threw combos and circled out of trouble a lot, which is something he didn't do in the past.

For both Cain and Hunt the biggest thing for Werdum is to not brawl and try to exchange. Cain is very fast and both Cain and Hunt have extreme KO power. Werdum needs to work the 1-2 and circle away from any brawling exchanges. My fear for him in both match ups is going for that collar tie means his own head is unprotected.

Excited for this fight.

**** 142kg is a very big man ~48lbs to cut!
that interview is strange, clearly somthing big at home, not a good mindset- especially if the fight goes to deep waters

Hunt is 5'9-5'10 and gets up to 320lbs...imagine when he retires. We will see a 420lb Mark Hunt on biggest loser.

I had Werdum, but I don't think he'll fight a smart fight. I just think he's gonna toy with Hunt too much (who looks more in shape now than he ever has, btw), and eat that counter left hook.

Want Hunt to win with a KO, but I believe with such a short fight camp and having limited cardio, I believe Werdum takes this, but isn't able to finish Hunt

Man, Werdum has really won over the Mexican fans during his time there ... I'm not even sure Cain would have all the crowd on his side if they fought ...

Werdum has been on the UFC's Spanish broadcasting team for years, he's their Rogan or Goldie.  Probably why.
