Rules as follows...You have 24 hours to pick once you get on the clock...if time expires your pick is passed and the next person is up...you may come back in and pick next time you are on...If its your pick and you post in another forum you have 10 minutes to make your pick or your pick is passed and the next person is up...you may make your pick again...If 48 hours pass without a pick and no notice saying you'll be gone you will be removed from the league and your spot will be filled...If you'll be gone post a few choices on my profile and I'll select the top guy from the list...Fighter trades are allowed

I'm not against being the commissioner per se, I've just never been involved in a fantasy league of any kind and I imagine there's some minutia I'm unaware of.  If no one else steps up in the next day or so to start a third league I'll probably do it.
