This fighter has it all. He can dish out punishment and take it. Olympic caliber wrestling. He moves very smoothly in the cage. When it happens i'll call a 3rd round KO. He is getting up there in age so just two more fights and they should meet.

I have serious doubts Romero ever makes it to a title fight in the UFC, let alone wins one. I'd love to see him fight a top 15 opponent next though, eager to watch him fight.

Brad Tavares was #12 and he easily beat him and threw him around. I figure they will throw him Belfort at an event in Las Vegas. No juice for Belfort and Romero Ko's him in first round.

Weidman
Vitor
Lyoto
Rockhold
Jacare
Tim Kennedy
Khalidov
Anderson
Bisping
Munoz
Cung
Shlemenko
Mousasi
Thales Leites
Okami
Chael

Off the top of my head 15 guys and Chael above Tavares in the division, I'd probably put Carmont above him too, surely I forgot a few and Im making this list pre Fox 11. Romero has no top 15 wins in my opinion, UFC rankings are ****. Also lets not ignore Romero getting taken down by Tavares, Feijao, Brunson and Markes while all those guys stuffed a lot of his takedowns also. Ontop of this Feijao knocked him out big and Brunson and Markes were up 2 rounds before he caught them.

He is a great fighter but 1 good performance and fans think he can beat guys like Vitor, Kenny  Florian talksabout him fighting Weidman.....it's the UFC hype machine in WWE form sucking in its thoughtless fans. If only it could suck in more casuals like it does you "BellatorBob"

it is very premature to say he would beat weidmann. Let's hope he gets tougher and tougher opponents and see how far he gets. Honestly i'd likee to see him fight Someone like Mark Muñoz or Michael Bisping.
