lol suspicion of drunk driving sounds funny.. Shouldn't that be something you can determine pretty easily on the spot?

I know it’s quite an old thread, however, I found that he was charged initially, however then got acquitted. I was pretty amazed if how this can happen, but my uncle who works for a DUI lawyer told me that it’s quite common.
