I like this lineup more than the Shane Del Rosario fight, and with Gonzaga coming off a loss he is gonna be looking to get back up there, but with Herman his job is on the line so he is desperate which can lead to any number of results.

Herman seems like a strong guy but Gonzaga should be able to take him down and sub him out. Both are on the chopping block unfortunately (since the heavyweight division is so shallow anyway) so anything could happen in this one.

I might have to pick Herman here and that makes me sad.. Gonzaga does not have great cardio so if Herman can push Gonzaga in R1, come R2 Gonzaga is already slowing down.

I see Herman taking this one in a decision win. I also wonder mentally how he will do after his 'BJJ doesn't work' mantra took a hit from Nogueira.

This will be a quick one either way. I either see Gonzaga using that head of his and demolishing Herman with his Jiu-Jitsu, or I can see him being an idiot and trying to trade punches with Herman, where he will be knocked out (and I'm sure he'll be tempted to by the fact that Herman has been knocked out multiple times). I think after the beatdown Browne gave him, Gabe will be smart about this fight.

Didn't Herman say he has no respect for Jiu Jitsu? Hes versing one of the best HW grapplers from Brazil. Gonzaga could send him his walking papers I think.

I just hope Gonzaga doesnt go K1 in this fight , he said in an interview somewhere that he wanted to test his striking in this fight . almost made me change my pick , but Herman sucks so i think even K1 zaga could beat him

So happy about this fight, big Gonzaga fan here who realizes that while he can beat some damn good fighters most likely he's getting KTFOed, but so glad he did the knocking of the **** out tonight. Sick fights tonight.
