What do you think about this and who would you want Nick Diaz to fight when he comes back. l think there is a chance he would get Rory MacDonald. l would love to see him fight Ellenberger or Hendricks.

If he gets any of the guys you mentioned, he's gonna lose soooooooooooo easily. Only welterweights in the Tapology consensus top 10 that I could see Nick Diaz beating are Martin Kampmann and Carlos Condit.

I would give him Fitch for the first fight. Diaz would run thru him like nothing. (trollface)

Or maybe Maia would be a good fight...

Diaz vs Maia could be a good fight on the ground but on feet Diaz destroy Maia. l dont think Diaz could beat Fitch he has had trouble with strong wrestlers before.

Picking an opponent for Nick Diaz is the easiest thing in the world for me.  I want to see him fight EVERYBODY.

I feel the exact same way for Diego Sanchez and Rory MacDonald.  I want to see them fight everyone, too.

Nick vs. Rory would be epic.  That would give Rory a Double Victory as the Diaz Killer.

Some of the others that I'd just relish watching include: Fitch, Ellenberger, Kos, Kampmann, Hendricks, Maia, Erick Silva and Siyar Bahadurzada.

Watching a Nick fight, you just can't go wrong.  You know he's gonna bring it, will be entertained, won't gas, won't quit, and will insult someone at the end when they put a mic in his face.  What more can you ask for from a guy?

After GSP and Diego Sanchez, Nick is my favorite fighter.  I absolutely need to see Nick rematch Diego.  Will be epic.  Of this I can assure you, straight up, guaranteed.  Would be entertaining!

I want him back in there too... but you can't ignore the fact that Nick's TDD is, ugh.. needing of improvement.  I'd love to see him fight Martin, Silva or Maia.  A fight with KOS could be interesting... I see KOS trying to trade w/ Nick for most of that fight.

Would love to see him fight Kampmann but that probably won't happen anytime soon.

It more then likely will be Macdonald. perfect timing for the fight to happen.

What IF BJ comes away the winner?  It might happen.. right?  This is an interesting situation b/c of the timing.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a rematch so soon. if BJ wins i'm sure he'll be fired up and with that fight seeming to have left a bitter taste in his mouth, he'll probably want it.

According to this article, most likely opponent will be Maia.  I agree with everyone here though, anyone he fights will be entertaining.

I'll accept that if Fitch and KOS finally decide to rumble.

Nick Diaz and Josh Koscheck is a really under rated fight that would be very interesting to see. Cause both fighters are very used to being the "bad guy" and if both are put together, who would people be more resilient to.

I would love to see that fight.

3 must-see fights for the UFC to put together.

Sanchez vs. Nick Diaz rematch
MacDonald vs. Nick Diaz
Sanchez vs. MacDonald

All would be epic in that none of them has a backward gear, none quits, relaxes or gives an inch.  All would be Glory Hallelujah!

I would also thoroughly enjoy watching Nick scrap with Kos.  Calling each other ***** in the cage while throwing up their arms.  Sweet.

Kalibo.  Did you ever see the original Diego/Nick scrap on UFC vault?  Must-see.

It's fun to think of all these match ups for Diaz but do any of you actually trust him to show up? Or pass a drug test? Until he's actually in the octagon standing across from Maia or Fitch I won't be putting too much trust in Diaz. I think Nick should learn something from his little brother on how to be a professional.
