MMA Mental Podcast Thread

This week Ray and Patrick are joined by 3 top MMA fighters. First up is the Bellator No 1 contender Rick Hawn, Rick discusses his experiences in the 2004 olympics, his journey in MMA so far and his future fight with Michael Chadler. Our second guest is the former No 1 contender for the UFC FW title Mark Hominick, Mark discuss his MMA career, talks about his friendship with the great Shawn Tompkins and also talks honestly about his 3 fight losing streak. Are third guest is UFC MW Jared Hamann, Jared is coming fresh off of his last fight where he picked up a very nasty injury. He talks about his recovery and also what motivated him to keep fighting through such a nasty injury.

Why he's actually doing exactly what Gregory told him to do and make one thread for the show and not a new one every show...as long as he keeps his links to his show right here you don't have to open the thread!

How dare someone use a free MMA website to provide a link to an MMA podcast...I mean who would do such a thing!?! If people don't post stupid stuff like "BANHAMMER" in these threads guess what they die never to be seen again!

i think the key word here is  " mental "

LOL! Some random comments there, Gregory has asked me to post all the links in here so from now on I will. Im sorry if my previous threads offended anyone. Ive been lucky enough to speak to some fantastic guests on my show and I dont make any money off of doing this. Im just trying to find like minded people who will enjoy top MMA fighters from all over the world being interviewed.

I know the guys who do the MMA Mental Podcast and listen to it.  It's a solid podcast, they're not afraid to ask difficult questions.
