And didn't drop him once @Anik.  Cowboy dropped him 20 times w/ leg kicks.. and the deal they made was ********.  I want a re-match.

Since this belt doesn't belong to Henderson, I hope Diaz beats the piss out of him... and he just might.

Explain why it doesn't belong to him first.

I disagree.  Frankie looked lazy after that upkick and def lost. The other was a toss up.

Frankie won the 2nd fight no doubt but he didn't do anything to win the first. Bendo won clearly.

I thought he clearly beat Frankie the first go round in a very razor thin decision

Ah.. so we all agree.. the 2nd fight is a toss up. I think the UFC got tired of 3 peats... and just went w/ it.

They were both close... but he lost that 1st fight @swick.  That upkick f'ed him up.  That 2nd fight was close as hell.  The champ got it b/c of how close.

Benson is in my top 5, and Diaz is not, but i dont see how Benson can survive a submission from Diaz. He has long arms, and legs like Bones, so his guillotine will get the job done. Benson goes to sleep because he has too much pride to tap

2nd fight was Frankie's in my opinion, I don't think it was close enough to go either way.

Like I said 1st fight is debatable...but the 2nd fight Frankie clearly won 4 rounds IMO. What did Bendo do besides for land some good leg kicks, he was defensive the entire fight.

It means "mind, body, spirit" in ITA Tae Kwon Do. Most ITA black belts are familiar with this:
