Cool.  He should do well in the tournament, but he hasn't got a prayer against Askren.

sweet. i know everyone hates him, but i'm a big fan of his. i just want to see him get back to knocking people out, i really think the Diaz fight is messing with him.

the past few months have been good for bellator in acquiring mo lawal and paul daley, and even brett rogers will be a fair addition to the roster even tho hes not going to beat the likes of cole konrad.
the only dissapointing part of this is, we will probably never see a daley vs diaz rematch and well also probably never see the long awaited mo lawal vs rampage

Paul Daley is a good addition to any org... I know of his past transgressions, but bellator just got some talent.  However, like everyone here is saying... good luck to him against Askren.

Damn!  Bellator is on a roll!  Another solid addition that will be a great tournament addition!  Daley now joins the very solid Welterweight class!  I mean, just look at who they can have in the next WW tournament this fall...

Paul Daley
Lyman Good (former champion and who won a qualifier)
Kris McCray (won qualifier)
Douglas Lima (last challenger)
Ben Saunders (former tournament finalist)
David Rickels (who many think should have won his fight against Amoussou)
Bryan Baker/Karl Amoussou loser (maybe...depends on if they're healthy enough after their scrap)
Brian Foster (3-2 UFC record, who should have been in the last tournament if not for injury)

Christ on a stick!  That's a pretty loaded tournament if I do say so myself!

I would say those two will probably be the betting favorites ladylover213

Although in all honesty, I could see any of the 8 guys I listed winning it, other than McCray, who I think is the clear weak link of the bunch.

Never been a Daley fan but this is a good signing for them and his fights are usually exciting.  But I agree he has no shot at beating Ben.
