What else is there to do with either of them?

Jon Jones is definitely fighting Hendo, Shogun and Rampage have committed to rematching, Alexander Gustafsson will presumably fight Ryan Bader next, and Phil Davis will presumably fight Thiago Silva next.

So I say look for the Rashad-Machida rematch to become the main event at UFC On Fox 4 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on August 4th.

Makes sense to me.  The only other option would be if Rashad wanted to drop to middleweight as some people have discussed.

Rashad-Machida 2 sounds good but Machida would win. Not because he's a better fighter but because of his karate style.

I think Rashad's gonna want to drop to MW soon. But after the 2nd Jones fight, he did indicate that it would happen eventually in the press conference.

Either Machida, Shogun, or middleweight.

If Rashad moves to 185 he becomes the champ within a year. I still think he could become champ at 205. If he stays at 205 fighting Shogun would be a great fight.

Rashad would be a beast at 185. I'd love to see him fight Sonnen.

Rashad could win the belt at 185.

Rashad i think would should stay at 205 there are many things he could still do there, a fight with Machida would be great i think he would take it because he wants to avenge the loss, but machida has that style that works against wrestlers

Dropping to MW may be a good decision, he's not beating Jones and Becoming champ is what drives a fighter. Of course he's got to get through Anderson, and that's not happening either.

I actually think he would have a decent chance against Anderson. He has excellent wrestling, he's explosive, and he can take a punch.

I mean i hope he fights Machida again. If Rashad beats Machida, and lets face it, if Rampage can get the decision W then so can Rashad, I believe that would help him with a middleweight run because it would set up a cool story of Anderson wanting avenge for his boy

Rashad would lose to Machida again. They should make this fight.

But what would they do with the loser of that bout? Rashad maybe move to WW if that happens but then he's fighting GSP soon maybe. Battle of the takedown attempts. But if Lyoto lost then what? I don't like that match up.

i'm down! machida needs a fight. he's 33 and needs to fighting as much as possible, partly for my own selfish reasons.  but i also wouldn't mind seein rashad try to drop to mw.  he'd be an absolute monster, and while i love silva, i could see rashad getting the belt

I just wanna SEE it, hahaha, I know it would never happen. But them again Brian Ebersol fought in five different weight classes, from LW to HW, so who knows.
