A horribly mishandled fight. In the first round after being rocked by a punch the Dagestani fighter went for a takedown which was countered by a guillotine. Then out of nowhere the Kyrgyzstani referee has decided that the Dagestani tapped out which he not only didn't, but was perfectly fine and apparently in no danger of going out. After the Dagestani team protested and decided to group walk out of the event, the WEF officials finally decided to have the bout restarted. After the referee clearly struggled to put the fighters in the position they were before, he finally put them in the position where the guillotine was locked in full. The Dagestani would not tap and was choked unconscious after which the Kyrgyzstani put an exclamation mark on it by punching his unconscious opponent after the referee called off the fight to the loud cheers of the crowd. Watch the video below for all the shenanigans that went down.
