No problem @wake lol. I agree with anyone that would complain about that, seems like the majority of the events are in the same type of areas.

Well if Calgary's getting an event, then might as well have UFC 155 at Medicine Hat, UFC on FOX 5 in Red Deer and UFC on FuelTV 3 in Kandahar.

Might as well.

oh and @brad, Montreal is one of the greatest cities on the planet and I don't know from which hell hole you come from but it sure as hell can't be better than Montreal.

I can't wait! I'm going. Me and my girl just decided last week that we would go next time it is in Toronto, but Calgary will be awesome too.

I will be there as well, as long as I can get tickets!  What are prices like for events in canada anyway?

@piercerdan, do you know any good bars to watch at in Calgary?  I'm going somewhere tonight just not sure where yet.  maybe richmonds.

I would personally like to see more UFC events take place in Canada. It wold be nice to see an event take place in all our major cities. And although it's disappointing that UFC 145 won't be in Montreal. There's no need to hate on Calgary. I'll be at the fight for sure!

@Gastronaut, What part of the city? Jamesons Pub in the SE shows the fights no cover. Food is pretty good there as well.

so would i. vancouver  and calgary are two of my favorite cities. calgary is like denver on steroids. the  downtown is better and the mountains are closer.
