Chinese submission specialist-Xian Ji submitted Philippino striker, Leonard Delarmino in the final seconds of the opening round to claim the Century Cup in the final Legend FC 7 preliminary bout at the City of Dreams in Macau.

Just as many thought they would see a second round for the first time of the night Ji locked in one of his trademark chokes forcing Delarmino who had done some sparring with Manny Pacquaio leading up to the fight to tap at 4:52 of round 1. 

Michael Mortimer wins by disqualification against Taiyo Nakahara

In a controversial decison, Australian Bantamweight-Michael Mortimer defeated Japanese fighter, Taiyo Nakahara via disqualification due to illegal shots to the back of the head at 4:24 of the first round.

Koji Ando submits Damien Brown in Round 1

Japan’s Koji Ando submitted Australian and Integrated MMA’s Damien Brown just 2:27 into the opening round by a triangle choke.

Mark Striegl puts Kiwi, Ev Ting to sleep in opening round

In a Featherweight clash, Philippino wrestler Mark Striegl put Kiwi, Ev Ting to sleep at 3:51 in the first round after the Kiwi took the fight on just a weeks notice.


Delarmino knocks out Ming Yen Sung in Round 1

In the opening preliminary bout, Philippino-Agustin Delarmino knocked out Taiwan’s Ming Yen Sung after just 44 seconds in the opening round.
