Result: Vargas vs Ball ends in split decision draw
One judge has it 114-112 in favour of Vargas. Another has it 116-110 to Ball. And the third has it 113-113. So it’s a split decision draw.
114-112 in favour of Vargas despite the world champion twice being knocked down is exceptionally dubious.
