@almo so you wanted the fake legend that was Fedor to never be exposed as just another scrub?

@justynbomar, No..? I just didn't like to see Fedor go down like that.  Just sucked to see him dismantled so quickly.  Was the beginning of one of my favorite fighters decline.

@almo the beginning of his decline was not coming to the UFC cause he knew he couldn't go against the big dogs anymore. So he went to SF to fight people like Brett Rodgers. That is where he lost the respect of the MMA community and then ontop of that he couldn't even beat SF's guys.
Fedor was the man back in PRIDE but i mean if you look at the guys he fought back then who were supposed to be "the best" only one of them is even reallt still relevant, and that's Big Nog.
He dominated cause like Cro Cop who cam to the UFC and got his ass kicked by every top guy, Kevin Randlemen who after PRIDE never again won an important fight.
So was it that Fedor is that good or is it that the PRIDE HW's for the most part weren't? 

Brett Rogers was a top 10 fighter when Fedor fought him, just saying.

Pride HWs were great IN THEIR PRIME, they all entered the UFC with their bodies ****** after all of those wars they put on for the Japanese crowds.

Ya, the only one still relevant is Big Nog who is still a top 10 (arguably top 5) fighter. Shouldn't that be a bigger statement for Fedor? After all, he killed Big Nog twice while Nog was in his prime and would've killed him three times if it weren't for that cut.

What's with the Silva presence on your list wake?

Silva vs. Leites : this fight was a real joke.
Silva vs. Maia : this fight was a real joke.
Silva vs. Griffin : I have no interret at all in those kind of fights were there's a super fast and accurate striker against a slow and sloppy striker who has not a very good technique who's coming off a KO loss to Rashad Evans
Silva vs. Irvin : Irvin was 4-3 in the UFC at the time, including 1 win by disqualification. Let's be honnest, Irvin is not on the same level. This fight was to counter an Afflication ppv. After that fight, Irvin went 1-4 1NC, his only win against Angel DeAnda (who was 0-0 at the time, and he's still 0-1 at this day)
Silva vs. Franklin II : No need for a rematch here...
Silva vs. Cote : The ending was pretty bad
Silva vs. Okami II : Okami comes out with one of the worst game plan ever
Ortiz vs. Shamrock III : Ortiz destroyed him 2 times already, why a third fight??
Ortiz vs. Shamrock II : The first fight was one-sided and Shamrock was coming off 2 losses by TKO
Ortiz vs. Shamrock I : Don't want to see Shamrock being dominated like that for 3 rounds

Also, I've always been a fan of Tito Ortiz and Ken Sharmrock, but I have their 3 fights in that list. It's not a hate list lol

I think its stupid how people thumbs down a post that is true, I guess the saying goes, TRUTH HURTS.

Well, I haven't thumbs downed a thing.  I just think fighter bashing someone who has done a lot for the sport of MMA is crazy.  Almost delusional to call him a scrub for sure.  He has beat some of the best and grew the sport.  I know he and Cro-Cop got me into this sport, and I am sure I am not the only one.
