But as of right now this looks like a DUQUE decision win per clarification made by PFL here:

The point deduction making it a draw was an external league rule that was outside of the official scoring of the fight by the judges. And then the advancement of Chizov to the next round is also an external league rule for tiebreakers, which is also outside of the official scoring of the fight.
