Not sure why Hollie is listed as 0-0, she is actually the WIBA World and PBC intercontinental Champ. She is 8-0 and this is her second defense of the WIBA World title. She hasn't fought anyone good yet, but she has 6 KO's. Here is a link to a page I found

Yeah, it's because BoxRec does not recognise fights sanctioned by BIBA in the UK, only British Boxing Board of Control.
BoxRec also have a similar issue in Poland, there are 2 commissions and BoxRec only recognise 1. There are actually several of these commission across the world that BoxRec doesn't recognise.
I can't really explain it properly here but there are a few articles online
