Fighting off your back never worth it in my opinion, work to get back to your feet or counter to top position...... Some will have a slick triangle or other attempt, but not worth it many times, the clock runs down against you

Unless you have legit elite bjj you shouldn’t fight off your back at all really, it’s become pointless in modern mma for the most part
