Rewatched it

Predictions: 5 of 11 Winners, 2 Perfect, 340 Points   |   Tied for 280th

Tibau and Aleksakhin got a bum decision go the other way.  Especially Tibau but after the Rory fight, hard to feel bad for him.  For Aleksakhin, it was insult to injury getting poked in the eye early.  Those judges are so dumb they probably forgot by round 3 and assumed he took a nasty shot (lol).  I think the MMA Gods were unleashing a **** storm after the Søren Bak unanimous decision that rendered a ******* 30-27 in his favor vs Leary on Bellator 280.  That is why we saw what we saw.  The MMA Gods were having absolutely none of it.  And it carried over.

By the by ... A very cynical part of my brain feels that maybe the current crisis in Ukraine worked for Kolesnyk slightly in a close as hell fight (as she was pandering with the tears and the flag, screaming) and worked against Aleksakhin.  Hate to even go there but they are in Texas, it makes for a great storyline with Kolesnyk, and for Aleksakhin... Let's be honest: Texas is a red state but not that kind of red state.

Also, it really felt like Ray Cooper III threw that fight.  He did nothing and then threw caution to the wind at the end and was scoring hardcore.  It was like he was purposely losing.  Like he took a dive and was depressed.  He had no pop.  Did he blow his 2 million dollars and get into some **** (conspiracy theory)?  Was he forced to financially make a decision to take a dive and then got so depressed he completely tanked his weight cut?  Or has he been in party mode and just drinking and eating like crazy?  I don't know... It is probably none of the things I said, which was all complete steam of consciousness ********.  I don't know if he is hurt or not, but I will give him this: This man can take a beating and does not quit.  It just felt like he was punishing himself on purpose.  For Leal, this is guy that was just in a war recently and looked great.  He was a little gassed, but there is also no way that guy is 100% after the last fight he just was in.  He really put himself in serious contention to win.

It was nice to see Pettis and MacDonald win easy in matches they should win easy in.

Man honestly, yesterday was a ****show for mma judging. We had bak vs Leary, tibau vs jarrah, sy vs alekshakin, hell, even the Piotr vs carvalho and diatta vs Jordan went to split dec despite being very obvious, one sided decisions. At least those went to the right winner lol

Leal is very live for that million.  Especially if he gets rested, healthy, and stays focussed?  Yeah... That is guy is going to be a problem.

My bets wanted Diatta but my heart knew he did not deserve it.  Piotr clearly won 29-28 to me.  The split was dumb.  I don't feel bad cashing the ticket... But I felt a little dirty.  The Bak parlay ticket I cashed was pure blood money.  I will be paying that price for a long time.

Congrats to all of the backers on Al-Silawi at the bookie.  If you made money off of him, you should never feel bad. I hate bookies.  Rob them.  But you were given a free lesson in levels of competition and experience.  "Recency Bias" can be a cold hearted *****.  Especially when you are picking against a seasoned cagey veteran.  I want you all to remember that this weekend when Machida is facing Edwards at Bellator 281.  I'm not saying Machida will win but he is dog money currently at +110 (wink wink).  Hopefully, Dylan2002 learned this lesson, despite all of the people disliking my posts lol...

Definitely hard to feel bad for Tibau after the Rory fight.  No doubt.
