Nemkov vs. Davis II
Vadim Nemkov, TKO, R4
Ok, this is a fair fight, but there is a simple result. Obviously Nemkov is gonna win again. The interesting part is if Davis will be finished. Davis has never been finished. But Nemkov is coming off finishing the biggest guy in Bellator, Ryan Bader. I DO think that Nemkov will be able to get the finish. Nemkov has never made it past the second round when it comes to finishes. Nemkov will give Davis less and less leeway before finishing him off in the later rounds.

Johnson vs. Romero
Anthony Johnson, DEC
LFG! Johnson vs Romero! Please don't cancel this! I love this fight! Johnson and Romero both display power punching skills. Romero absolutely harassed Luke Rockhold, but since when do you KO a guy with a chin like Teixiera? Romero performed badly in the Adesanya fight, and his age is showing. Sure, so is Johnsons, but he has been training and probably won't be rusty after a 3 year layoff. Romero always has the gall to go the distance, so I'm doing an unpopular pick, and I'm picking Rumble Johnson by Decision.

I don't think Davis can be knocked out, is style make sure he doesn't take too much punchs in the face.

As for the other matchup, the typical way to beat AJ is by rear naked choke and it won't happen here so the real question is, Do its possible to finish Romero?

@hyrm i think Anderson definitely has the best chance to get to the final as his half of the bracket is the weaker one and he seems to be the best fighter there (barring a massive question mark that is Yagzhimuradov [I didnt look the up hope I spelled that right])

I'm not sure if they will follow the bracket or make new match-up depending who past to the next round!

So is Aiden Lee a decent opponent? Is this a fight to decide which featherweight to invest in? Or is this just a fight to build up Pico?

Why do Bellator feel the need to put that guy on every important card...
Remind me when UFC had Sam Stout at each Canadian card.

@Hyrm. They are considering him a future star and putting him important shows to get more attention. Sam Stout was different. He wasnt a future star, just put on exciting slug fights and had the youthful look.

I mean Pico fights are fun at least always a finish. You need guys like that on the main card to bring excitement. Especially considering the main event is Davis and Nemkov, see the first fight? Boring, any fight with Davis is boring. You need some guaranteed banger. Pico is that he is kill or be killed. I personally enjoy his fights.

I absolutely don't know how this fight will go. Rumble Johnson hits harder, but he hasn't fought for ages, and anyways both are super dangerous standing, with good chins and bad cardios, but Romero is way more well rounded and should be able to take the fight to the ground and finish Rumble here.
