Event Cancelled Drunk Crowd goes Nuts!!!

Apparently Bika never had a "Blue Book"? I am still confused as to what this Blue Book is but apparently the commission need it for the fight to go ahead. I imagine it's something to do with COVID or a licence.
Anyway, this all happened literally 30 mins before the fight was due to start. The crowd (remember Australia has big crowds unlike the rest of the world) wa drunk, restless and up for a fight. So fed up with waiting for the main event to begin several members of the crowd decided to fight with each other!!! Haha.
I'm waiting for the video footage to come out and I'll post!!

Its basically a Medical passport. Issued by the Australian commission and updated every year when the boxer has to pass a medical.
Surely in 2021 you shouldn't have to carry an actual document! Can't it be online????
