Yeah Jakey, I was a lttle concerned myself that the show was in danger of being cancelled when the news broke about Mayer failing her test. But, the way Top Rank had organised testing was all fighters, trainers, TV crew etc were tested before entering the site, the bubble!. So Mayer hadn't entered the hotel before the test result came back.
I am very happy to have some decent boxing back, I too have missed it bud!!! The 1st few Top Rank shows aren't the greatest quality to be honest. But as we get to the end of June, start of July the quality gets better and there are some top fights, a couple World title fights, eliminators. So its looking good for now.
I am a little worried that with all these protests, riots ect that there will be the so called 2nd wave of this Corona nightmare!!! Maybe August, September everything gets shut down again!!!! Hopefully not!! Anyway, forget that, Boxigs back and I'm gonna enjoy it while its here!!!
