this fight for me is earlier candidate for fight of the year. Crazy comeback. Funny what his corner said at end of round 2... you need to come out aggressive, you can catch him. True say!

I'm a Boetsch fan now. It frustrates me when guys obviously lost the first 2 rounds and come into the 3rd doing the same thing they did and just take the loss, while looking like they're not even interested in the win. But dam Boetsch came out like a man who wanted it bad. That's a true fighter right there.
Also I gained a lot of respect for Okami he wasn't settling for points he went for several submissions and almost got them.

Really good comeback, had me on the edge for a second, I honestly thought Okami was gonna dominate him for 3 rounds, never saw a comeback in the third happening.

Yeah that was one of those hard to see ones for sure.

I laughed when his corner was like "Hey big guy your heart rates good, your all good, just go out there and get him ok? be agressive"

Then when he came out I was like oh ****... he's gonna **** him up. The cling boxing and the uppercuts were epic.

Not to be a debbie downer, but I really wish that punch didn't land in the third. Comebacks are really exciting but I feel like the better fighter lost tonight. It happens in MMA, but I wish the third went the same way as the first two, not just because I picked and like Okami, but because he was clearly dominating every facet of the game.

That said, what Boetsch did was awesome. Not everyone would throw the way he did in the third, and obviously he found a way to land that bomb. He won me as a fan.

Well I guess you were wrong on more than one thing in your post! 1st being not preliminary fight but on main card. 2nd that Okami would win 3rd that Tim is not much of a draw ! Oh well you can't be right all the time , or in this case not right ANY time!
