Penn looked absolutely awful in his last fight. Yair on the other hand looked fantastic.

I don't think that's all it depends of. I can easily see a scenario where the best version of 38 year old, after 2.5 years layoff Penn shows up and it's still not enough.

Did Penn end up leaving Jackson-Wink? Because that's where Rodriguez trains as well. I can't imagine Greg Jackson not cornering Rodriguez.

I was wondering why nobody had made a thread about this, I just didn't check page 2...

Don't mind me, it's my first day!!!

I hope Penn gets the win but I think he's coming back for "one last crack at the title", either that or the fact that UFC are out of their bankable stars with Conor out with a baby on the way and Rousey out with a broken ego they're gonna need a name people know to sell PPV...

Looks like BJ's splitting his camps for this fight between Parillo and Jackson's while as Yair is camping in Illinois at Valle Flow Striking.

Weird, since Yair's been at Jackson's for longer than BJ and has more of an upside for them.

"anything can happen," but bj hasn't won a fight since 2010 and looked awful in 2014. if it was 3 rounds i'd say decision, but its 5 so i think he breaks at some point.

This fight all depends on what BJ Penn shows up. I think if BJ Penn can close the distance and/or take advantage of Yair making a mistake after he throws one of his flashy kicks, this is where we will see him shine. On the other hand Yair could drag this all five rounds or get a knockout late.
