Poirier should win this pretty easily, I think I will switch to KO though. After this Poirier will only be a fight away from a title shot

I think people tend to overate Poirier quite a bit because of what he did to Grispi when Grispi was the number 1 contender. But people forget what Grispi has done since, his nickname the fluke really is perfect for him. I'd say Roop beat him more convincingly then Poirier did. With that being said, I do think he beats Garza.

I agree with Poirier being a tad overrated but I also think Garza just isnt nearly as good.

I agree, although it is hard to look any better than Garza has in his 2 UFC appearances, a crazy flying knee KO and a flying triangle. Pretty impressive.

Poirier will wrestle in this one. If Poirier can survive the submission attempts from Garza he should be able to take this one.

I think Garza is getting a little too much love. Ok he has had highlight finishes but look at them more closely. He KO'd a jiu-jitsu guy and submitted a striker. Poirier has the wrestling to keep this on the feet, and his striking will overwhelm Garza.

I think Garza has been a bit lucky in his last fights. Don't think it will last here as Poirier's going to control this one.

I think Garza is a high submission scare for this fight...If Poirier mixes it up and doesn't stay on top for too long after a takedown he can use it to earn a decision win here.... Like Mendez did with Yayha.

I don't see Garza pulling out a surprise upset in this one. Poirier should be prepared for the wild spontaneity style Garza brings.
