there is more crying on TUF than probably any other reality TV show.  Someone should make a montage, it'd be a long ass montage.

Tonight's fight between Myron Dennis and Andrew Sanchez should be worth watching.

Well this season is pretty much over. Team Joanna is 0-3 and it doesn't look like anyone from that team is going to pull out a win.

I remember a season when Wanderlei Silva win the first 4 fight then Sonnen win the 4 next. At the end it was really competitive. Spicely will for sure get a win for the Johana team and may probably win the entire season.

In case yall missed it, Helen cried some more in the last episode, and I'll bet she cries a couple more times before this show is over.

@twspencer91, Nah, Joanna still has Josh and Jamie, two of the best on the show, Team Joanna will at least get one win with those two.

My takes from the last episode:

- Claudia keeps melting me. She's such a darling, seems like an intelligent and genuinely warm person, also looks very dedicated to her fighters, does good corner work, hands on and on-point training and she's been handling Joanna's harassment like a champ. I've really turned a corner on Claudia, from being indifferent towards her to her climbing very high on my favourites list.

- Helen Harper is annoying as **** oustide the cage, but man she's a pitbull inside it. Zero technique (well, 3, not 0) but she's got heart for days and is tough as nails.

- Lanchana Green is so ******* awesome but man she needs to work on her grappling defense (especially getups). She's got ok TDD and can hold up for a while but once she gets taken down it's the ref or the bell that stand her up again (it's not like Harper's a grappling wizzard and Lanchana wasn't even close to getting up in round 2). Will be a shame to waste that AMAZING clinchwork she has if she's too busy avoiding clinching so's not to get taken down. She's great from the outside but her best work are those knees and elbows from the clinch.

- Thank god I download the episodes and don't watch live so I can fast-forward Joanna and Claudia's little scuffles. I love Joanna, but she's trying too hard to get into Claudia's head, I think she should see by now that though she's pissing her off a bit, Claudia's too smart to let Joanna's **** get to her (especially since her team's kicking ass) and stop making herself look like a childish ****. Also, I always found it pretty funny threatening to beat someone up who's signed a contract to fight you. I think once they do that, telling them you're going to beat them up (or try to) is pretty redundant.

Should've been a 3rd round but probably better for Jamie Moyle that there wasn't.

I thought Amber won both rounds. Josh Stansbury might be the last hope for Team Joanna since I see Kate Jackson beating Ashley Yoder. Now that one of Joanna's best girls is out, the Team Claudia sweep could happen.

One thing I'm noticing this season is that Claudia is really good at match making to her teams benefit. I think she has the better team anyway (imo) but the way she has matched up the fighters so far has been impressive.

In a season like this Claudia made a really smart choice picking the first fighter because she got to choose the first girl and the first guy, while the onus was on Joanna to make the first fight to her benefit and if she couldn't there was a chance it could go downhill like it did, along with her weaker choices of fighter.

I wonder if they will show any of the supposed scrap that happened between Joanna and Claudia...

Nevermind just read an article that said the cameras were done rolling when it happened.
