Yep definitely lacking in the star power department, Aldo pulling out of this fight doesn't do anything for McGregor's stock either, especially if he loses to Mendes

Stars create themselves by having a personality in this sport. It confuses me as to how much Dana loves the numbers that unique guys bring and hates the theatrical type entrances that guys like Mayhem tried to bring into the UFC.

Yeah, a lot of contradictions. Whatever makes money at the time is what's "best for the sport" in the eyes of UFC brass.
