Part 10 of a multipart series looking at the top draws in MMA is up here http://mmadraws.blogspot.ca/2014/06/2010-mma-top-draws.html

Also has all PPV buyrates and TV viewership numbers in one easy to find place. Going through year by year, this was the first year since 2005 when the number of shows started to show an effect on the average number of viewers per show and the individual fighter's star power.

Elsewhere on the site are the rankings for the top current draws in MMA, both overall and by weight class.

It's part 10. Series started with the dawn of UFC in 1993.

Part 1 is here: http://mmadraws.blogspot.ca/2014/05/1993-1995-mma-top-draws.html

And there's a tab on there to access all parts. Eventually, it will be complete up to present day.

I have part 11 of the series up looking at 2011 Part 10 of the series is up now http://www.mmadraws.com. I figured it made more sense to just add to this thread, rather than start a new one.

New number 1, the debut of Bellator on national TV, UFC's last year on Spike and first year on FOX, Strikeforce loses it's network deal. All that as well as every recorded TV number and PPV buyrate for the year in one easy to find place.

I've got part 12 up now at http://www.mmadraws.com/

UFC buys Strikeforce. Ronda Rousey cracks the top 50 without even debuting in UFC yet. The Spider rises to #1. All that and every recorded TV number and PPV buyrate for the year and much more.
