@thiagosilva9794 You underestimate the power of Frankie Two-Times.

I mean it's bad enough that it's a rematch, but a third fight? Frankie could ******* launch BJ Penn out of the Octagon Ultimate-Warrior style if he wants to. I mean c'mon man, you're talking about Frankie Edgar. Knockout, submission, anything is up for grabs at this point.

Edgar via 48-42 decision. The reason for this score is because this is the third fight between the two and Frankie Edgar is the God of Rematch, plus he won the first two but I also accounted for the fact that Edgar will have his **** tossed in the first round, as is tradition.

Fair play for fighting a guy who has beat him twice already in a out of retirement fight that's pretty ballsy on his part .
should be a good fight like the 1st two only thing dif this time around is the weight class will be the same fights as before

This gets me so pumped and I am close to switching my pick to BJ. It's awesome to see him stop ******* around with 170lb fights and get to what should be his natural fighting weight class.

Add me to the percentage of those picking Penn out of nostalgic loyalty. The intrigue for me this fight is the 145.lbs factor. In the past Penn let me down after reeling me in with how REJUVENATED his training camp was. But this time ....this time I have to believe something has changed for the better.  BJ Penn at 145.lbs....I cant wait to see it.

I think this will be the fight that BJ will finally understand that it's time to retire.

Heart says Penn but head says Frankie. I'm thinking B.J. wanted Frankie to be his last fight if ever but he also seriously believes he can beat Frankie. It'd be a spirited fight but Frankie will wear out Penn to a decision win again.

BJ's going to retire win or lose (if reading between the lines of his interviews is correct) so there's nothing to be nervous about. He's got one last chance to get back his most lingering losses in his mind and he's going to go all out trying to do just that.

If he wins - he can retire a happy man.
If he loses - his legacy is secure, his popularity is secure, he can let go the thoughts that he can still beat Frankie and retire a happy man.

I don't think what you saw were nerves, he's BJ ******* Penn, this whole weekend is, the way I see it, the one where he's settling in to the idea it's definitely his last time to shine, not the "I'm pissed I lost and hate this sport" frustration retirement. He sees Frankie as his "legacy opponent" and wanted this fight to be his last. After a career as long and eventful as his has been everyone would get more excited stepping in for the last time against the guy you respect the most out of all the dudes you've fought.

Just my 2 cents on it, I may have wasted the time it took to write with pure ********, but I've been studying BJ's demeanor ever since this fight was announced and that's how I feel. He's put in the best training camp, he's at the right weight and he'll have no "meh, I would've beat that guy if I'd have trained properly" because he'll give his all on fight night.

For his sake, I hope he wins or loses a in very clear-cut way, because if this fight leaves questions he'll be pissed off. I really think he wants proper closure in this one, for better or for worse.
