I just read this on Bloody Elbow,

"This will be the last fight on Cro Cop's UFC contract and barring a decisive win against Nelson, it's unlikely he'll be offered a new deal. It's truly make or break for the Croatian legend, and for "Big Country" as well, who came under heavy fire from fans, journalists, and UFC brass after his embarassing performance against Frank Mir at UFC 130 in May."

I think that Nelson will take this fight via UD

This fight is horrible, if Cro Cop cant beat Schaub how is he gonna beat Nelson, Nelson is just gonna hold him on the ground the whole time and get the easy win, Cro Cop needs to retire or fight another washed up guy

All I can say about this fight is, either Roy Nelson will be out of the UFC after this fight, Cro-Cop will retire, or quite possibly both.

Its true that Nelson is like freaking invincible but since ive been watching Cro Cop for years and years i still have total confidence is his amazing kicks! Im going to go out on a limb and say Cro Cop KO

big country is the toughest HW in the division, lets hope is more healthy than in the Mir fight. this could go either way though, coin toss, but i do have big country taking a hard fought decision.

I don't think the fight means much in the way of rankings but someone will lose their job after this one. I think Nelson has the advantage. It will be entertaining no doubt.
