It's not something that's generally available.  There needs to be a good reason and if so we can review.  It takes manual programming to change.

I've only seen two people get their names changed on here, and I think it was because their original user name was their real name.

I think I'm one of the only people who could probably their username changed, for the reasons ProdigyKid14 said.

I've actually thought about it, I just don't know what I would change it to though.
