If we used MMAth Eric Pele could already beat Fedor. But We should of known the result going in because already Dan Henderson>Renzo Gracie>Maurice Smith>Bobby Hoffman>Eric Pele>Antonio Silva>Fedor.

it was closer then we thought though as Hendo also got rocked and it was thanks to his wrestling that he escaped and turned the tables

Most people thought the stoppage was bad though. According to most it was. I personally think Herb Dean saved Fedor some brain damage.

I actually think the stoppage was justfied (after replays lol) and you are right, had the ref allowed it to continue, Fedor would have suffered a lot more punishment.

Yes Fedor woke up after the second shot but look at the way he was postioned and hands were and look at how Hendo was positioned.

Stoppage was appropriate in my opinion.

Henderson's shots to the back of the head were technically illegal, though, which is unfortunate. However I don't think it would have mattered either way. Fedor was toast after the uppercut that dropped him.
