He no longer has the speed or explosiveness to take anyone down or avoid being taken down (ask Jake Shields who took him down at will when he was a bit less "antique").
Rashad's faster than him on the feet and can dominate him on the ground ... the only good fighters I think Hendo can beat these days are slowed down brawlers like Shogun and Wanderlei Silva.
Anyone with decent speed and/or explosive wrestling would beat him. He wasn't fast to begin with, but at 42 after a year's layoff (which is a very meaningful at his age) I see him fading out unless they start giving him better matchups ...
Or ... the Rashad Evans that fought(?) Lil' Nog will show up and then we've got ourselves a fight and potential Stanky leg encore ...

IF Hendo doesn't get injured, and that's a big if, he's too old to stop Rashad's shot. Look for Rashad to execute the same gameplan as Rashad/Rampage and take the safest route to victory.

Evans went from being one of the top forces @ LHW to being one of the bunch. Quick.
I think it's the mental aspect that has him down, or maybe its the blackzillians, I don't know, but he has looked awful in his last few fights.
On the other hand, Hendo's just an overhand machine these days, so I guess it all comes down to what kind of Rashad shows up and if that Hbomb finds a spot. No way to tell, really, but I'm going with Suga anyways.

Hate to see either of these guys lose at this point in their career. Hendo is the definition of a warrior but I think his age is starting to catch up to him. There is always a chance he could tuck Rashad in for bed but I just see Rashad being a bit too quick for Hendo and taking a split decision.

Against Shogun Rua, Henderson ran 100% out of gas, though he fought valiantly. I haven't seen Rashad gas out like that 100% yet.
For some reason, I am not that enthusiastic about this fight. The loser will feel serious media pressure. The loser will surely lose valuable ranking position.

Tough fight to pick, but I think Rashad will clinch with Hendo against the cage and take him and control him and win a boring decision in an uneventful fight.
