I disagree. He did nothing with any of his take down. He ate  more shots from Condit on the ground then landed by far. He also was avoiding submission attempts and every single time Condit got to his feet and was out landed Hendrick. I personally would take Condit damage and landing more strikes over Hendrick take downs were he did nothing offensive with them. This is not a wrestling match, this is MMA.

It's funny that the only guys that have a problem with the decision picked Condit...it was a great fight, but you can't get picked up and slammed 12 times and come out on top with the judges.

I don't disagree with the decision, I just hate that Hendricks didn't do anything in the 3rd round and just held Condit and didn't do anything with it.

I love Condit and I picked him...No question he lost.

But you can't complain about fans claiming their favorite fighter won with a Diaz AV :P

Remember the 12 months of nonstop Diaz  1,2,5?

It was tough times for a Condit fan lol.

Hendricks won no doubt and I don't think anyone was saying different. I was just saying Hendricks didn't do anything after the take downs. Hendricks deserves the title shot and he's getting one. So now we can hear about all the reasons everyone thinks Hendricks will beat GSP.

I agree ... I picked Condit, but I think rounds 1 & 2 went to Hendricks. They were close, but it's a fair decision and even if I didn't agree with it, when it's that close you can't say whoever though otherwise is wrong...

I get why Hendrick got the win. I just personally think Condit won. I felt he did more damage and was more effective when they hit the ground.  But I get it, Hendrick landed some great take downs, with slams. He also landed some good shots on the feet. I just wish that was a 5 rounder, because i feel Condit was winning pretty heavily in the 3rd round and I think he would have finish Hendrick personally given two more rounds.  Meh maybe will see a rematch in a 5 rounder someday. It was a great fight. It was entertaining everywhere.

When you consider that Hendricks was five inches smaller than Condit, was Hendricks' gameplan really that surprising?

That was an insane fight that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Condit fought and did a lot like I knew he would, but Hendricks' striking and takedowns were just too much. People keep saying that showed Hendricks has no Jiu Jitsu...maybe he didn't showcase much offensively, but did you see him resisting all of Condit's submissions? I'm really looking forward to seeing him face GSP, and I honestly feel there's a very good chance of him winning.

Picked Condit, happy for Hendricks. There you go, now go get that elusive as all hell title shot. 

Condit is a tough bastard and I fully expect him to destroy whatever poor bastard they put in front of him next. 2 fight loss streak? Expect him to come out like a man possessed.
