Kang is by far and away, a more well rounded fighter than Manhoef.
But Kang has also been inconsistent to say the least for the last few years, and Manhoef is always incredibly dangerous for anyone.
I'm picking Manhoef, but if Kang randomly shows up with his A game, he'll beat Manhoef easily.
