Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

Thanks Lopati. I'll have to figure out a way to get a link up for some of the new tunes. I'm really stoked about this album. I've put some of my best work on this batch of music, and utilized some progressions and writing styles that I didn't know that I possessed. One way we've done it so far, and it's been pretty successful is emailing 4 tracks off of the new album, and if people like what they hear, they can just order it directly from us for next to nothing.

We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from everyone that has heard the album so far.

@Kalibo That and the "RUN JRE" shirt were both $29.99 a piece which was pretty reasonable when converting to Euros but the shipping all the way over here was $18 which was a total *****. It only took 6 days which was good though. Highly recommend them.

@gunn Indeed. The RUN JRE shirt is so sick. You won't be disappointed.

I meant to ask this earlier... I've been running pretty hard for the past week and a half (5ish miles, 2.5 uphill everyday) and today when I was walking to the trail where I run both my shins tightened and just completely seized to the extent where I was limping before I even got to where I run which is only a 5-7 minute walk from where I live and I had to turn back home. Any experienced runners around? Google tells me shin splints but I have no idea what I did that could cause it. Cheers.

Sounds like shin splints, only way I know how to take care of it is maybe slowly progress up to what you are running at

Holy **** I can't believe it; I'm actually done school. It feels weird not having homework.

I don't know anything about what happened to you jaffa but I do know that running is so painful, I can't do it anymore 'cause my calves hurt so ******' much after 5 minutes and I don't know how to prevent that.

Sounds like shin splints. Don't know if there's anyway to stretch or anything to make it better.

I hate running, i really couldn't imagine running five miles everyday, let alone ever.

Was looking through some old results for BJJ tourneys and came across this. I took a screen shot but for some reason I can't embed the image URL.
