Stout is a known commodity, with no mystery whatsoever. Yves does have ways to win but he can't get caught up with the whole pleasing the crowd thing and take this to the ground.

the UFC is the big show and i'm sure vancouver will be rocking b/c their one win away from there first stanley cup trophy. i think edwards gets caught up in the audience excitement and makes a mistake and stout makes him pay

Yves had some real trouble at times with Cody McKenzie. It won't be any easier with Sam Stout.

I think Edwards is past his prime, and stout has always been a tough opponent. I expect stout to have the superior muay thai. Stout ko2

Stout has an edge on the feet but i was really picturing this fight ending up on the ground and yves getting a late sub.  Then i watched the weighins and stout looks massive compared to yves.  Im thinking yves loses a one sided decision.

Stout hadn't had a KO since like 2007. I was starting to wonder why he kept the hands of stone moniker.

Stout/Cerrone would be thunder and lightning in the cage. I'd like to see Cerrone vs. Mac Danzig and Stout vs. Guillard would be awesome too.

@jaffa. i heard ferguson is moving down to lightweight. many fighers have been calling cerrone out and i've seen on these message boards all kinds of matchups for him. if he fought danzig he would win and most likely danzig gets the pink slip. i've seen cerrone fight live vs ed  radcliff and not only did he win he was by far the most popular fighter of the night judging by the audience. i think the ufc sees star potential in him and are bringing him up slowly. he is one of my favorite fighters b/c of his style. he likes to stand and bang and can take punishment and dish it out which makes for an exciting and entertaining fight. sine both cerrone and stout won and they did not seem to have any injuries that fight might be the best one i heard yet
