Staddon has a background in Judo, having competed in many tournaments mostly throughout the UK and Europe. She is a former multiple time British Judo champion, and has medalled at major tournaments including European Cup events, taking a bronze medal at the under 23s Judo European Championships. She also claimed gold medals at the Scottish Open, English Open and achieved podium finished at the Welsh Open, Belgian Ladies Open and Dutch Open. She has a JudoInside record of 37 - 48.
