EFC EVOLUTION

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that allows mixing fighting techniques and skills from different other combat sports to be used during a bout. The rules allow usage of both striking such as; Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and grappling techniques such as; Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, while standing and on the ground.

Evolution Championship is an Egyptian MMA organization founded by Mr. Khaled Abdel Hamid in 2010. EFC promotes the sport of Mixed Martial Arts in Egypt, North Africa and Middle East. Competitions were held in Cairo, Alexandria, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh. Presenting the highest level of combat athletes in Egypt and North African Countries. Within 11 years, EFC organized over 76 competitions for MMA in Egypt
