Meditation has brought clarity and focus to my life. Cage fighting gave me back my balance after being critically injured in active combat. I love the contact of the sport the adrenalin and way it makes me feel alive. In turn i enjoy fighting those with equal heart and passion. Some of the best friendships i have today begin in a ring with respect and admiration towards my opponent. I want more fights practice tournaments and of course title fights. I work with YDI youth development inc..this provides a venue for kids and us alike for fights.
