We've seen time and again that GSP just takes the fight where his opponent will be least comfortable. He puts wrestlers on their backs, strikes with Jits players, and with Shields, he's just going to stay on the feet and do some serious damage, the likes of which we haven't seen since August of 2008. Who can name that fight for me without referencing the Tapology records?

unlike a lot of his past few opponents, against Shields I think that Georges would try to keep it on the feet and pick him apart. on the ground anything could happen, but I think Shields will have a hard time getting it down there.

jake shields is a great fighter, he would definitely be the underdog going in against gsp but i think he stands more of a chance than anyone else in the division right now. dan henderson is no joke, if shields can turn that fight around i wouldnt count him out of anything until the fight is over.
