Tapology’s Baddest MF’ers - 2023

• Rules: Pick fighters in UFC & BELLATOR for points 

• Each fighter you choose that wins gets a point

OK, @Hippie is still in Tapology jail so I've tried adding up the scores this week. Now, this week there were 2 events to pick, Bellator 290 and UFC Fight Night: Lewis VS Spivak. The minus 5 point rule for missing an event still applies as far as I'm aware so for those of you who missed both events, your score has had 10 points taken off (5 for Bellator and 5 for the UFC) and for those who only missed one of the events, your score has had 5 points taken off. @Hippie also said that those who end up on 0 points will be removed from the game and @WastelandWanderer has, rather amazingly, ended up on a total of -5 points so he should be removed from the game but I personally find the idea of someone's scores being in the minus to be ******* hilarious so I've included him in the table for now. I'll let @Hippie have the final say of if he can stay though.

In his last post, @Hippie also said that the picks for the events have to be posted in this thread before the event so I've only counted the scores of those who have posted their predictions in this thread so even if you've made the picks, but just forgot to post them here then they won't be counted.

The fights in the events that ended in draws will count as 0 points btw.

If you have any disputes then let me know and I'll double check for you!

just got to know i didn't even post my picks for last ufc, jeez. -15 for me.

edit: i can post 'em now and get my 10 points for picks and -5 cuz i didn't post in time, right? or..?

The last event is already gone so you can't get points for that I'm afraid but at least you've avoided it this week by posting your UFC 284 picks.

EDIT: Of course now that @Hippie is back from suspension he can totally change his mind about any of what I've said if he wants.

No worries mate! I was just stepping in while you were suspended but this game is still your creation so I think it's only fair that you get the final say on how things are done in it!

Well, I guess I'm fully in charge now but that's a cold comfort for losing a friend like @Hippie. He was the guy that originally helped me get more involved with the site. When I first joined, I just planned on making UFC picks once a week and not really using the forums or other features but he commented on my page and that encouraged me to try out the forums and be more social on here so he's a very large reason why I've had so much fun on here over the last 2, nearly 3 years here! I hope he comes back with a new account but most importantly, I hope he gets his personal demons sorted out and gets himself into a good place.
