Alright. What about Dumas grappling and cardio though? He hasn't exactly fought impressive opponents before contender series (if you consider that guy impressive, haven't looked into more than that he had a 6-0 record). He also never gets to round 3 and this is his UFC debut.
Debut in UFC statistics are actually insane, it's like the debutante is 10 years older than their opponent in terms of fight outcome.
Fremd is short notice which is also really bad stats wise, can't find how long though. Is it 10 days? 14? 21? Makes a difference. I'm sure someone wrote it on twitter but I have made a decision that I'd rather not rot my brain out ahead of time so I don't have social media accounts.

The dude sd beat on dwcs, matej Penaz is very good, and will end up in the ufc next year. Sd has shown no cardio issues and has shown good grappling in his fights for ikon. Also fremd is even shorter; I think 10 days notice but could be wrong

Penaz is a good striker, but Green in MMA. Fremd is not a good striker, and SO GREEN in MMA.

All else equal, UFC debut is very slightly negative for men, basically a non-factor.

The two toughest fights to pick on this card are the "Assuncao v Grant" and "Volkov v Romanov" ones..

Said vs Martinez is a lot closer skill wise than people realize. I'm leaning towards the idea if Said wins, it's probably by submission. If Martinez wins it'll likely be a close decision.
This fight, Volkov/Romanov and the main event are the only really truly interesting fights on the card because they have potential or direct ranking implications. There's a few other fun fights, but these are the 3 I'm most pumped for.
By "potential ranking implication" I mean I think there's a solid chance Martinez or Said is ranked #15 after this fight. That spot is currently held by Jack Shore whos, at least temporarily, moving up to featherweight. If this fight isn't for that ranking or another spot, the winner has to be only a fight away from a ranked fight.

None of these guys are ranked but all have lots of skill and are fairly young. UFC has a ridiculous amount of talent at bantamweight.

Said has the exact perception a 19-2 fighter should have. He's 6-1 in the UFC with 4 finishes and has beaten known talent. He has 3 undeniably solid wins over Ramos, de Andrade and Kahkramonov. How exactly is he over-rated?
It's a huge opportunity for Martinez to show off more skills that we haven't really seen yet. He's the underdog for a reason. If this were a kickboxing match I'd say it's 50/50, but it's not. When it comes to MMA, Said has shown a skillset that isn't just well-rounded, but dangerous. I just don't think Martinez will be able to keep up if this is anything other than a striking battle, and even then I think Said has more than enough skill to just beat him anyway.

Jonathan Martinez as a +210 underdog is just stupid. Not saying he's gonna win but those odds are definitely off.

What's your source on debut being a nonfactor? I use the info posted during fights by the UFC which admitably is not always the most reliable source.
