Predictions: 3 of 7 Winners, 0 Perfect, 165 Points   |   Tied for 4217th

Yan vs. Dvalishvili
Petr Yan, DEC
It's a close fight. It's going to come down to whether Yan can keep scoring damage on Merab as he will be constantly going for the take down with insane pace. I think Yan has the TD defence to keep Merab at bay where he can sting him with some shots. I really can't see Merab landing much offence on the feet, but there is a slight chance he can get the win via crotch sniffing and holding Yan down. Despite this i dont think merab has good enough striking like Sterling to the point where he can set the takedown up and get to back position to win rounds. Lets go Yan.

Volkov vs. Romanov
Alexander Volkov, TKO, R2
After watching Romanov's last fight i really can't see him getting the win. Volkov has great takedown defence, the Aspinall loss does show he can get took down but i think Aspinall is levels above Romanov in the Striking and offensive Jijiujitsu. Romanov will secure a takedown after getting pieced up on the feet expend all his energy doing so and will be gassed mid to late round 2. On the feet Volkov will smoke him, he's just smoked Rozenstruik in the first, a gassed out Romaov will be easy pickings for Drago

There are 2 people on this forum I have a lot of faith in.

One is obviously Mezzor. The other is JoshJeffords.

The moment I see either of them make a pick I hammer a bet on the other side.

No offense JJ, I am sure you are a nice guy, but your picks are consistently ridiculous.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 3 of 7 Winners, 0 Perfect, 165 Points   |   Tied for 4217th

Krylov vs. Spann
Nikita Krylov, TKO, R2
Ryan Spann is too inconsistent to trust a win especially in a matchup against a well rounded finisher in Krylov. Spann got absolutely melted by Anthony Smith who is similar to Krylov in some ways. I'm not putting too much stock into the Reyes KO win as Reyes has looked dreadful ever since he fought Jones. Ryan Spann seems to have a hard time fighting througadversity and has a weak chin, however, Spann does have a good guillotine which Krylov has been caught in before. But i think the Miner is too experienced and competent to avoid the sub.

Nurmagomedov vs. Martinez
Said Nurmagomedov, TKO, R2
Will be a great fight, very equally matched. I think Said has better wins on his record, Stamann, Striegl, Ramos, Saidyakoub all by finish? that's crazy. All four of them were upcoming prospects with solid records. Martinez on the other hand has got solid wins but theyre all ranked past 30, he's not beat anyone who's close to the top 15. Martinez's best route to victory is leg kicks which might add up and he could get the decision win but Said is very dynamic, and switching stances may negate the leg kick threat. Said by left hook.

Petrino vs. Turkalj
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R1
Hard fight to predict Turkalj seems to have a slight advantage in the grappling but it's hard to say as we haven't seen Petrino on the ground. Petrino should be a bit cleaner on the feet n should get the KO but who knows on this one.

Not bothering to type out my predictions anymore, got 13 out of 14 last week, only fight I got wrong was Julian Marquez. I typed out my reasoning for every pick including grasso to beat Valentina and you pricks gave it 5 down votes haha, too many casuals on this site that down vote people’s good analysis and predictions.

Love this quote from Ramos

Predictions: 8 of 13 Winners, 2 Perfect, 465 Points   |   Tied for 964th

“He’s pretty good,” Ramos said. “He’s a great fighter, very aggressive, he likes to strike, and it’s a tough fight. In the UFC, there are no easy fights. Every fight is really good. You’ve got to respect your opponent. He’s training to beat my ass, so I’ve got to train to beat his ass.”

"Shevchenko vs. Grasso
Alexa Grasso, DEC
I weirdly fancy the upset here… Grasso is a really good fighter and this is WMMA where literally anything can happen."

What a ******* analysis, hope you didn't develop carpal tunnel syndrome while typing all that insight out.

Here is the golden rule for "should you put this WMMA fight in your parlay":

Predictions: 8 of 13 Winners, 2 Perfect, 465 Points   |   Tied for 964th

Would you bet 10x the money your putting on said parlay, or more, on just that female fighter/prop?

If the answer is anything other than an emphatic yes, you leave it out.

I was wondering the same thing. Brezski put on a decent showing against Buday but trying to dissect low level heavyweight MMA gets futile after a point. Both of these guys are bad.

I'm with you though; also fading Tap on this one.

Struggling to see where I said lol? I think you’ll find I said “I weirdly fancy the upset here… Grasso is a really good fighter and this is WMMA where literally anything can happen.”  what part of that message is me randomly picking people saying lol? You’re another typical rat on this site who watches a bit of mma and suddenly thinks they’re rocky balboa and becomes a keyboard warrior. You don’t just randomly pick 13/14 ufc fights you ******* bum
